Real Madrid-Real Mallorca Betting Preview: Why Los Blancos look good value to win both halves

Our man in Madrid Phil Kitromilides is backing Jose Mourinho’s men to continue their winning run by beating the visitors from Palma in both halves at the Bernabeu

Real Madrid face Mallorca on Saturday evening and the Spanish champions will surely be extremely confident of claiming all three points. Not only are Los Blancos on their best run for nearly a year having won six successive matches, Madrid have also beaten Mallorca in each of their last four meetings.

BetVictor understandably price Madrid at 1/8 (1.12) for the win, while Mallorca, who have enjoyed a resurgence in their last two weeks winning their last two games, can be backed at 21/1 (22.00).

But this is a match that Madrid should win comfortably and as such, trying to find value at the Bernanbeu is tough. However, the price of evens (2.00) for Madrid to win both halves looks too good to turn down.

This bet has paid out in 10 home matches for Madrid this season, and against a poor Mallorca side, there is a great chance for punters to double their money.

Real Madrid seem to be hitting form at just the right time and with Jose Mourinho’s men playing before Barcelona this weekend they have the chance to cut the gap on the Catalans to 10 points and exert just the faintest amount of pressure.

Despite Mallorca’s mini revival they remain extremely shaky at the back, and Madrid, who it is worth remembering are unbeaten at home in the league for 15 months, should be far too strong for them in both halves.

For a value bet back over 2.5 goals in the first half at 27/10 (3.70) which looks like a decent price to invest any loose change.
