Mesut Ozil continues to receive high praise following his switch to Arsenal, but for one Goal pundit at least, the man who replaced him at Real Madrid, Isco, is by far the better player.

Having signed the Germany international, Arsene Wenger is already being linked with stars in the Bundesliga, including Marco Reus and Julian Draxler. Ambitious targets, yes, but since Ozil’s arrival expectations have rocketed at the Emirates.

Earlier in September, Goal revealed Manchester United’s interest in Luke Shaw, but following their 4-1 thrashing by rivals Manchester City – in which questions were asked once again of their midfield – it’s the middle of the park that falls under the spotlight this time round.
