The Bianconeri are still missing Federico Bernardeschi, Matthijs de Ligt and Alex Sandro, while Sami Khedira is not included in the trip to Rome.
New signing Morata could make his debut just days after arriving from Atletico Madrid on loan, while Dybala has also recovered from his muscular injury in the Champions League last month.
Neither of them are expected to start, though, as Cristiano Ronaldo should again by partnered by Dejan Kulusevski.
