Napoli’s appeal to the CONI against their 3-0 defeat to Juventus and one-point penalty will be heard on December 22.
News agency Ansa report the date has been sent for the hearing at the CONI Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport.
This is their third appeal against the ruling, which saw Napoli punished with a 3-0 automatic defeat and also docked one point for not attending the Serie A match in Turin.
The Partenopei argued they had been ordered not to travel by local health authorities following two COVID-19 cases in the squad.
However, the Lega Serie A and FIGC found Napoli did not do everything possible to avoid cancelling the fixture on October 4, ignoring the existing medical protocol agreed by all clubs.
Napoli want the point restored and the opportunity to play against Juventus in Turin.
