Carlos Tevez, Manchester City’s forward, said that Gonzalo Higuain doesn’t need to prove his worth because he already did and that he shouldn’t be criticised at Real Madrid.
Gonzalo is currently injured. He scored over 100 goals for Real Madrid since he joined them from River Plate in January 2007, neverless, he was often criticised.
“Higuain has been playing very well for Madrid. There’s no reason he should be criticised,” Carlos said for Marca.
“He scores a lot of goals at Real. I don’t think he has the same confidence that he had before, but when he comes onto the pitch he plays and does very well.”
This season, he scored 7 goals in 10 La Liga appearances.
